Hub is a single workspace where your internal team and the Harness team co-manage every piece of marketing your business runs. Brand assets, photos, video clips, customer reviews, seasonal offers, technician spotlights, all live in one place. From there, the Hub turns that raw material into the deliverables your business actually ships:
- Direct mail graphics, postcards, EDDM pieces, neighborhood flyers, generated against your brand kit and ready for print drop.
- Social media graphics, pre-built templates and on-demand AI generation for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
- Website articles, service area pages, seasonal content, local SEO articles, generated and reviewed before they ship live.
- Email campaigns, graphics + copy generated and queued for review.
- Print collateral, door hangers, vehicle wraps, sales sheets.
If your team has the input (a brand asset, a customer photo, a campaign brief), Hub turns it into marketing output. The Harness team reviews, polishes, and ships, your internal team owns the brand and the approvals.
Co-managed, not “client-portal”-ed
Most agency portals are read-only show-and-tell tools. The agency runs everything; the client logs in monthly to look at a report. That’s not Hub.
Hub is co-managed, meaning your internal marketing person (or owner, or office manager, or whoever owns the brand) actually works inside the same tool the Harness team works in. Comments thread per-asset. Approvals route through a structured queue. Drafts can be edited in-flight by either team. The result: marketing that ships 3-5× faster than the typical agency-and-client back-and-forth.

Most clients have 2-3 internal users in Hub. Larger operators run 5-8. There are no per-seat fees in our managed tiers.
